Yogyakarta (Mya's b'day trip and beach trip + accident)

Just like any other of my trips, IT WAS FUN and mos def..... CRAZY! This Yogya trip was actually Mya's birthday trip. went there to see the beach and temples, and cultures and all. We went to see Ramayana Dance, Ratu Boko temple, Prambanan temple, Ullan sentalu museum, Sadranan Beach, went for a culinary trip for sure and on our 3rd day Nay got hit by a motorbike!!! Gosh dayum i thought she was dead on the street. it was intense and Mya and i started going nuts to the driver, and turns out she's alive!!! well... with a lot of injuries but live! It was one heck of a trip!

I am not very keen with the world today. I'm on PMS , yes, not gonna deny that, but people are just so annoying. I confronted a friend who's been exaggerating shits, it surely caused drama (which I hate), then one stupid news I heard (which i wouldn't care if i didn't have to be around Bali at that moment). Aw! That was a fun night. I thought the cooking and dinner thing was cancelled but turns out Riri said it was still on. Netherlands Part II

It was a pretty crazy journey. Started when i almost missed my flight, i was 30 mins late but I still go, only not my luggage. LOL so i left with only one piece of clothes on me. and one bag with passport in it. HAHAHA I'm crazy like that. I picked up the luggage the next day. Hey! you just gotta go you know!

Stayed at dennis (my couz) in rotterdam, then the day after was nicky's (dennis' sister) bday. So the whole fam was there! awesome! i got to met Oma Sonja!!!! and the uncles and aunties. It was in maastricht. went around Amsterdam and red light district. basically this journey got me closer to my fam. it was all that i needed. I love them all. You can see the pics, they're my clones. my packs. :) family for life.

so when i interviewed Santana, his bodyguard Sean, is Justin Bieber's bodyguard as well. He told me how this JB-fever is so overrated in the US. I told him, that fever is happening IN MY HOUSE! (No! it's not me, it's my lil cousin). She's 12 and well, being a sister that i am, i gave her the JB concert tix and she wouldn't stop screaming. (It got me thinking 'did i do anything wrong? hahaha just joking). And oh well, if it's not me, who else is gonna go and watch the concert with her? She flipped when she heard the news bieber got here with Gomez (LOL Wtf...anyway)...i found it funny! just like seeing myself years ago going to Hanson concert! anyway, have fun at the concert tomorrow peeps! I had the world's most dramatic PMS ever! it was yesterday when i found out i've had vertigo two days in a row, low blood pressure and lots of work at the office but then i finished pretty early so i wasnt that tired to sleep. when i reached home the whole thought of the dissasters that happened last december-january came back into my head. I. Was. Not. Happy. It pushed me off the edge and I messed up so much. I just messed up and didnt really know who to talk to. that was one of the worst feeling ever. Been working for LoCal, shootings, radio show and all, and dude...i realized after the Gig was done, i wanna sleep!!!

What happened today is that i'm just being crazy. I went to MGMT's concert ticketless and alone. I was just like "wth, let's just go there and buy the tix and just see if there's anyone I know", and I met my friend Robby and I asked him if he'd accompany me buying tix when he said 'Oh my friend aint coming, you can use his tix, it's an invitation so it's free" ...like OMG! I was destined to come lol.

Sad day. awful news I heard at the breaking dawn. Our lovely director passed away. Cardiac arrest. He just added me on facebook two days ago. He was the first director who gave me a chance to actually wrote a play on my first day joining Tetas. I thought he was crazy. And I learned that he is...amazingly crazy. In a good way.

On my own two feet

Lesson learned. And i've learned the hardest way. Been having a hard time dealing with stuff. How people kept on letting me down (but then again, hey! I bet i've let so many people down too, so fair enough). And having a battle with trying to forgive myself, or dealing with the fact i have made huge and lots of mistakes was hard. But I finally managed to stand up again. Not that stable yet, but heading there. I've only been praying to God to give me strength not to hate me, or anyone else.

Only last week I started to feel good about myself again. That's when everything gotten put to a test. Can I forgive people who hurt me? Now I can say that I actually can. And there's no feeling greater than that. Reaching this point in life is a lesson I will never forget. I came back strong. And I don't think I could ever do that without God being on my side every single time. So God is good. All the time.

Another tragedy in my country Indonesia. Another soul taken for having faith in what they believed in. This is too heart breaking. We have PANCASILA. Speaking of that as the base for the country to run. That allows difference among the people but still one as an Indonesian. The freedom of having a religion. The freedom of speech. The freedom of being a certain race (we never chose to be white, brown, yellow or black, as we were all born this way). But look what just happened...

Yesterday a video of a very brutal mass attacked to an Ahmadiyya house, attacked the people, threw rocks on them, beating them up and killed them was all over youtube. I watched it...(not more than 5 seconds and decided to turned it off). I was crying. I'm not even an Ahmadiyya (is an Islamic religious movement founded in India near the end of the 19th century, originating with the life and teachings of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (1835–1908))- but surely I think what those people think they did is for God, are actually twisted and sick. They have a right to believe what they wanna believe.

And today, 3 churches was burned. I am so sick. Now as a minority in this country, If you people are still trying so hard to burn us down. Christians, or Ahmadiyya or what other organization or race or other group of people, you are only throwing shits on your face, and it will only makes us - minorities - stronger than ever. And not even a GUN you point on my head will ever gonna make me betrayed my God. Even though my God doesn't need me to defend Him.

And so today is the D day! We (Tetas Theater) went on stage at British International School. It was pretty awesome. Since the audience were laughing. And me and Tasya both wrote the play. Today was the last theater practice. Tomorrow is the D DAY! Let's see how it's gonna go. I'm pretty excited. On the other note, i think i'm starting to feel a bit better. I heard a therapist said "You need to get back on the horse, but not when you're still shaken from the fall" ---MAN ITS SO TRUE!

I'll be going to Lombok, Philippines, Belitung, Europe and US this year. So who knows right?! I know i'm gonna have to hit the bottom ground before making a quantum. So God bless everyone who beat me up badly and put me in all these mess, but hey, i dont have time for hating. All i can do is move forward. Learning from all my mistakes, and how people will constantly brings you down, but I always know how to get back up. Stronger than ever.

I think i have to take baby steps on everything. I firstly need too learn how to breathe again. NOthing seems to be right. But i know i am not the only one. I just need to stay positive, and in this case, God blessed me with awesome friends. How everybody at work became family and let me junked my crazy thoughts into creative stuff for my show. How Tasya suddenly took me to a theater class yesterday and got me wrote a bit of the script and we are going to perform it at British International School NEXT FRIDAY! (that is crazy!)

How everyone just being supportive including my lovely mother. I cant say much but im hoping i will released a book this year. and while searching for school overseas, see if i can get lucky in other country. Anyway, baby steps for now, but i will be putting on that dancing shoes again, real soon my friends. Face the music and dance.

I made the best escape of the year. Went to HK and NZ for Christmas and NY. Believe me, when you see a view like that, it's the best therapy. It was like recovering at the best place on earth. Blue sky, clear view, family and no work. It was so amazing, i couldn't thank God enough. I realized He always, ALWAYS, will give nothing but the best for you and me. Last weekend Yani, Widi, Dini, Mierza, Tuur, Darragh, Manael, Dilla and me went to Bali. It was a rock and roll journey with Mandala Airlines. Plane delayed and cancelled and we had to fait for ages at the airport and i stayed in 3 different places in 3 days hahaha! I wanna comment on the Facebook movie i just watched but i dont really feel like it either. I might wanna tell you some stories about my friends but, drama is all there is. Oh, maybe there is something. Next month, on TARA 4 Finale, Yani, Nadine, Soraya and I are going to Singapore. It's the finale and zook out. Funny eh, i dont really do zook out. For the passed six months i've been shooting for Discovery Turbo's new show. It was fun and a hard work at the same time. We finished the 13th episode last Friday and i am glad we've done it. The crew and the team has been really awesome on helping me out being their host.

Like seriously, i have to get my hands dirty every time. I'm pretty sure now i can have my own workshop! lol

And the last episode we were talking about roll cage. And by that, it means i have to test drive this buggie! on rocks!!!

Dan sekali lagi, berduka cita sedalam-dalamnya untuk negara saya yang tercinta.
Disaat bersamaan hujan badai nggak berhenti di Jakarta, disusul banjir dan macet yang tidak berkesudahan, dimana banyak orang terperangkap dijalan raya kurang lebih selama separuh umur mereka masing-masing, dan pemerintah hanya bisa menyalahkan 'Curah hujan yang tinggi', bencana beruntun kian datang menimpa Indonesia yang adalah tanah air saya. Sebenarnya curah hujan setinggi apapun kalau tata kota kita nggak berantakan dan berisi beton disana-sini, saya rasa nggak akan bajir heboh seperti ini. Ini hampir sama dengan banjir 5 tahunan parahnya. Setelah menyalahkan curah hujan, katanya sekarang akan dibuat saluran air yang akan memakan biaya saya sampai nggak berani untuk mengingat berapa M biaya yang harus keluar lagi. Sementara semuanya harusnya lebih simple kalau orang-orang nggak serakah dengan membangun terlalu banyak mall dan memotong lahan hijau. Karena ternyata terbukti adanya BKB dan BKT (yang banyak sekali memakan jalur hijau disaat pembuatannya) sama sekali tidak membantu baik banjir maupun kemacetan di Ibu kota. Karena secara Ironis, kemacetan dua hari lalu ternyata memakan korban RI2 yang walaupun berusaha lewat dengan pengawal-pengawalnya ternyata tetap harus menanggung macet bersama berjam-jam lamanya.

Lalu disaat yang hampir bersamaan saat penduduk Jakarta sedang kalut ditengah banjir dan macet, gempa 7,2 SR mengguncang Mentawai.Selang beberapa jam tsunami setinggi 2 meterpun menjadi bencana susulan sesaat setelah gempa terjadi. Puluhan orang meninggal dunia dan ratusan orang hilang.

Need to make a long journey to heal my soul. i've made some traveling this year and even that opened my eyes to some emotionally important things in my life. some of them was wrong, some was right, well..you wont know 'till you do it.

yeah, what else do i enjoy beside music? food will be my second best. Doesnt mean that aint good. In every country i visited, i always tried to eat the local food, (well except for Burma, i kinda missed it for some reason hehe), or a funny thing happened in Bangkok, me and my friend actually found one of the best Mexican food! Hehe, point is, one of the way there is to live, is to eat. So i'm gonna embrace this thing more. My next destination for this would be, Mexico! i wanna get high eating their quesadillas, tortilla chips, nachos, chiles en nogada, and the original salsa while going to Puerto Vallarta, isla mujeres, oaxaca (the food city), Tulum and around.

I wanna go to Israel. It is my faith to my God that took me far in life. THis journey should be the first i'm gonna make. I would love to see the cities, from Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Galilee, Capernaum all the way feeling the heat and the haze, in the place Jesus and His disciples had gone through.

Love

Greece. This is the place i wanna be. i don't fall in love too much in my life, but when i say i do, i mean it for real. And Greece is just so romantic in my head. That is the place of the love god Aphrodite. i am gonna go to every great beach there. from Myrtos beach to Super Paradise, and walk through the ancient history the country has. That would be just awesome.

And i might close the journey in my fave hiding place in my country. The beautiful Gili. Indonesia baby!!!

So, about last month we went to Karawaci, my home town, to released some stress.
And we went to take pictures at the places where i used to live back in that glorious days.
This one is Taman Elok.

It was fun. I met Citra there as well. Was surfing through the night there with the blinking lights around Richmond. How i wish i was still a teenager. Anyways, that's prolly it. *Snap* back to reality.
